FIA's InfoNet creates focused, higly accessible events that provide information, help form opinion and offer networking opportunities for the FIA membership at the same time as explaining the issues the industry faces and the benefits it provides to a wider audience. InfoNet 2016 will include a series of at least four events in London and associated publications on topics reflecting special interest areas for executives at FIA member firms including those in senior management, trading, broking, clearing, operations, technology, risk management and compliance.
Flexible programmes and formats produced in conjunction with sponsors
The event formats are flexible - some taking place in the early evening with a panel discussion and debate, finishing with drinks and canapes; other running during the afternoon, with panels interpersed with TED talk-style presentations. We have also in the past run breakfast briefings. We liaise closely with sponsors throughout the series to provide the format that is most suitable to the topic, the audience or the time of year.
Covering the issues that matter to your customers
The year-long programme is intended to cover the range of industry topics from trading and technology, through clearing and operations, to product development and regulation.
